1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Builddar, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of service
Builddar is a construction snag list and punch list software that enables site managers and general contractors to document, assign, and track construction defects. The service includes web and mobile snagging applications for defect management, document storage, and reporting.
3. User accounts
To use Builddar, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Interfere with other users or access to the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Payment terms
Subscription fees are billed at the rate of €99 per user per year if billed annually. Per-project fees apply based on project size and activated features. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Builddar. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
7. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builddar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
