Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Builddar, the site tracking, OPR, handover and aftercare software. By using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Builddar is site tracking, pre-acceptance inspection (OPR) and works acceptance, buyer handover and aftercare software: it keeps the history of every snag, from the first site visit to the post-handover warranties, on desktop, tablet and phone, with an app that works offline. Teams: from €25 excl. VAT per user per month, billed annually. Property developers and client advisers: from €20 excl. VAT per unit, once per project, plus an annual subscription based on the size of their developments. OPR & Reception and Handover & Aftercare modules: price on request. Only your team pays: invited companies and buyers are free, with no limit.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure. Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't abuse the service.
Our responsibilities
Keep the product available. Keep your data safe. Keep the audit trail intact. Notify you of material changes.
Payment
Monthly or annual. Cancel anytime. Prorated refunds on annual plans within 30 days.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. Export anytime. If you leave, you keep your data; we delete it from our systems within 30 days of confirmation.
Liability
Builddar is the record, it supports your decennial liability, it does not replace your professional judgment. We are not liable for construction defects.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
