Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Builddar. By using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Builddar is construction supervision software, from the first site visit through to the end of the warranty period. The plan starts at €35 excl. VAT per month per active project, with unlimited seats. Contractors and subcontractors are free, always.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure. Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't abuse the service.
Our responsibilities
Keep the product available. Keep your data safe. Keep the audit trail intact. Notify you of material changes.
Payment
Monthly or annual. Cancel anytime. Prorated refunds on annual plans within 30 days.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. Export anytime. If you leave, you keep your data; we delete it from our systems within 30 days of confirmation.
Liability
Builddar is the record, it supports your decennial liability, it does not replace your professional judgment. We are not liable for construction defects.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
