What we collect
Account information (name, email, firm), product usage data (defects captured, zones created, projects opened), and technical data (IP address, browser, device). We never sell data.
Why we collect it
To operate the product, maintain project history, and improve features based on real usage.
Where your data lives
Application data is hosted in the EU. Public website analytics is separate: with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process browsing data under their respective privacy policies. This processing may involve transfers outside the EU.
Your rights
GDPR applies. You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The public site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after your consent. Google Analytics measures page views, clicks and successfully received contact requests. Clarity provides click maps and session recordings; forms and their contents are masked. No form names, emails, phone numbers or messages are sent in analytics events. Advertising signals remain disabled. You can withdraw or change your consent through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal deletes analytics cookies accessible to the site and reloads the page to stop the tools.
